The Commission may depute, to the extent of availability, any employees of the Government of Nepal or organizations owned or controlled by the Government of Nepal or organizations operated with grants of the Government of Nepal or local bodies as Enumerators to assist the Assistant Name Registration Officer in collecting and updating Electoral Rolls. Where, in making such deputation, a required number of employees are not available, the Commission may, in consultation with the Assisting Committee referred to in Section 41 of the Act, also depute any teachers of community schools as Enumerators.
